How do I grant Screen Time permissions?
When you first open TidyLock, it will ask for Screen Time access. If you declined, go to Settings > Screen Time > TidyLock and re-enable permissions.
My photo verification keeps failing
Make sure the photo clearly shows the area you're verifying. Good lighting helps. The AI looks for specific cleanliness criteria — check the mission hints for what it expects.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage or cancel your TidyLock subscription.
When do missions reset?
All missions reset at 4:00 AM local time each day. This gives you a fresh start every morning.
